You provide a VPS (at least 1 vCPU, 2 GB RAM, 20 GB SSD, Ubuntu 22.04 or 24.04 LTS), SSH access for TTPL, and your own SMS or WhatsApp provider account for those alerts.
TTPL manages the monitoring software, its updates, configuration and alerts. You manage the VPS, its operating system, firewall and hosting.

What is an endpoint?
One thing we check: a website, an API URL, a server, a port or a domain's SSL certificate.
Cloud or Self-hosted?
Cloud runs on TTPL servers and TTPL watches the alerts for you; you pay quarterly or annually. Self-hosted runs on your own VPS, so it can also check internal systems like databases and containers; you pay a one-time setup, then a yearly AMC from year 2.
How often do you check?
Regular endpoints every 5 minutes, Priority every minute, Critical every 30 seconds. Standard includes 3 Regular endpoints, Premium 3 Priority. We retry before alerting, so one slow response won't wake you up.
How do alert credits work?
Email, chat and webhook alerts are free and unlimited. On Premium, WhatsApp and SMS use 1 credit each and phone calls (critical endpoints only) use 5. Premium includes 150 credits a month; top up 100 credits for Rs. 600. Unused credits expire at the end of each month.
How does billing work?
Cloud is billed quarterly or annually in advance, and annual billing includes 1 month free. Self-hosted setup is paid 50% on signing and 50% on handover. Prices are exclusive of applicable tax.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Add endpoints or upgrade from Standard to Premium at any time. The change applies from the next billing period.
